Our services come in 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year subscription options. Drop - In sessions, online or hybrid. Our Hybrid method is our most popular as you get weekly structured workouts on your phone making it easy to follow, endless recipes that align with your nutrition goals, check ins and accountability tracking and bi weekly in person training sessions with your Personal Trainer.

We’ve partnered with Trainerize to create the CraftFit App a powerful, user-friendly fitness app — to help you stay connected, motivated, and on track with your goals no matter where you are.

The CraftFit App puts all your training in one convenient place from workouts to messaging, scheduling, progress tracking, and more. It’s like having your personal trainer in your pocket; in fact they are, you can message your personal trainer at any time with two way direct messaging.
